Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. Pricing & Payment

Access to premium features requires payment of the fees displayed at checkout. All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or duties. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You may disable auto-renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. You remain responsible for charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Service Modifications

The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. Major changes will be announced at least seven days in advance when practicable. No compensation is due for alterations or removals. Continued use implies acceptance of such changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for security reasons. Notice will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease. You must stop using the service and delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You are granted no ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal remedies apply for infringement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume all risk associated with use.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs.
